Recipe Ingredients for Sunburgers

2 cups sunflower kernels
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1/2 cup celery chopped
3 green onions
1 red pepper
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup parsley

Recipe Directions for Sunburgers

Dehydrate for 12-24 hrs, flip half-way through. Add two lettuce leaves for buns.
