Recipe Ingredients for Summer's Sweet Potato Casserole

5 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup organic oatmeal
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 ozs chopped pecan halves
2 tablespoons Smart Balance buttery spread

Recipe Directions for Summer's Sweet Potato Casserole

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with melted Smart Balance buttery spread. Place in 11x9 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
