Recipe Ingredients for Summer Veggies with Pasta

4 cups summer squash, chopped
1 cup tomato, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1/8 cup fresh basil, chopped
6 ounces pasta

Recipe Directions for Summer Veggies with Pasta

  1. Heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add summer squash and cook until brown around the edges. Add the tomatoes, onion, basil, and garlic stir. Cover and steam until squash is tender, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add in cooked pasta, toss, and serve.
