Left over from zuchinis kills me softly. But this smooth summer lover sweet and savoury tart kissed my lips with caution :)

Recipe Ingredients for summer veggie tart

200 g tofu
100 g cottage cheese
300 g zuchini
50 g berries
250 g Pastry
10 g Poppy Seed

Recipe Directions for summer veggie tart

  1. let shortcrust in the oven (t7) for 5 minutes.

  2. mix firm tofu, half zuchini (boiled), and cottage cheese. add soy sauce (2 tbs)

  3. stir with poppy seed, the other half (boiled) zuchini.

  4. place the tofu-zuchini on the shortcrust.

  5. add berries on the top, seeds, pepper and basil (optional).

  6. Wait a few minutes for the berries to stay in the apparel.

  7. bake in the oven for 30 min.

  8. Enjoy with a salad :)
