Recipe Ingredients for Summer Veggie Stew

4 oz Whole wheat spaghetti
1 cup sliced summer squash
1/2 cup raw mushrooms
1/2 cup baby carrots
1 cup red swiss chard
2 bouillon cubes
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Summer Veggie Stew

  1. Bring water, bouillon cubes, and olive oil to a boil.

  2. add in the spaghetti, and let boil until tender.

  3. add in all the veggies, let boil for 5 minutes, and remove from heat.

  4. Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
