Recipe Ingredients for Summer Veggie Medley

1 1/2 cups asparagus
1 medium red pepper
1 small onion
1 cup fresh peas
1 cup carrots
1 cup string beans
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup mushroom
1 large zucchini
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cornstarch
8 oz. diced tomato
6 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Summer Veggie Medley

  1. Dice veggies.

  2. Cook in large pan.

  3. Add olive oil, tomato sauce.

  4. Add cornstarch to thicken.
