Summer vegetable soup, easy to make with whatever fresh vegetables you have in the fridge!

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Vegetable Soup

32.001 oz Organic Vegetable Broth
1 ear, yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 cups Organic Spinach
14.5 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
15 oz Organic Tomato Sauce
15 oz Organic Tomato Sauce
0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 tbsp Original Natural Buttery Spread
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
5 serving Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp, leaves Thyme, Dried

Recipe Directions for Summer Vegetable Soup

Saute all veggies, except spinach in butter spread. Add all ingredients, minus spinach, and simmer. Add spinach at the last.
