Recipe Ingredients for Summer Vegetable Saute

3 cup, chopped Kale
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
150 grams Tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Seaweed Gomasio (Sesame Salt), Organic
1 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Summer Vegetable Saute

Add olive oil to pan. Saute onions, garlic and peppers until onions translucent. Add Kale and tomatoes. Saute until kale is wilted. Add butter and seaweed gomasio and cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and serve
