1.25 cup Organic Soy Beans
1.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
2 oz Butter
2 oz Cream, Fluid, Half And Half

Recipe Directions for Summer Succotash (Ruhlman)

  1. Cook bacon in a large saute pan for 10 minutes

  2. Add onion and cook until translucent, then add corn & soybeans.

  3. Add butter & cream and simmer for a few minutes.
