Recipe Ingredients for Summer Squash Medley

5 large zucchini
5 large squash
1 large onion
2 large tomatoes
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbl olive oil

Recipe Directions for Summer Squash Medley

  1. Cut all ingredients and put into a large nonstick skillet.

  2. Add salt, pepper and olive oil. Cover and cook over low to medium heat until your desired consistency.
