Recipe Ingredients for Summer Squash and Corn

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 clove Garlic
0.25 cup, diced Muenster Cheese

Recipe Directions for Summer Squash and Corn

dice onions and saute. Add garlic(crushed) and diced tomatoes. Transfer to small casserole or microwave safe dish. Add corn and cubed squash. Microwave till veggies done. Add cheese on top and micro till cheese melted.
