Summer melange of fresh squash and basil over chicken and pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Squash with Chicken

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
6 oz Rotini Tri-Color Dry
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Summer Squash with Chicken

  1. Boil rotini

  2. In a separate pan, sautee chicken in olive oil

  3. Julianne the squash

  4. Chiffonade the basil

  5. When chicken is cooked, add the squash and basil to warm through - do not cook to mushy.

  6. Serve immediately over the cooked pasta.

  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese
