Recipe Ingredients for Summer Squash and Broccoli Casserole

6 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
4 cup flowerets Broccoli, Flower Clusters
1 large egg Eggs Brown Large
1.5 cup Cheese
3 oz Light Sour Cream
4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Summer Squash and Broccoli Casserole

Slice and steam squash, drain. Steam broccoli, drain. Combine squash, broccoli, butter, sour cream, 1 C cheese, egg, and seasonings. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with remaining 1/2 C cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
