My first recipe with squash from the garden

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Squash Bread

3 eggs, beaten
2 cups white sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 cups shredded summer squash

Recipe Directions for Summer Squash Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 325 - Grease 9x13" baking dish

  2. Beat eggs with electric mixer - beat in sugar, oil, and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fold in squash. Transfer to baking dish.

  3. Bake 45 min's or until toothpick comes out clean.
