A nice healty summer soup of string beans, potatoes,peppers,onion,carrots,tomatoes and spices to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer soup

300 grams String bean
182 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Onion
1 cup Carrots
370 grams Potatoes
1 1/2 grams Parsley, Dried
4 1/2 grams Basil, Dried
2000 grams Water

Recipe Directions for Summer soup

  1. Cut all ingredients put them in bowls for later use.

  2. Get a big pot add water 3-4 fingers befor the edge depending on the size of the pot.

  3. Boil everything untill potatos are soft.
