50 g. honeydew
1/2 banana
70 g. frozen strawberries
2 oz. fat free plain yogurt
90 g. 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Summer Smoothie

  1. Blend.

  2. I also add 1 scoop of Spring Valley Soy Protein Isolate Powder - Vanilla. It adds 50 cal. CalorieCount can't find it though.
