Recipe Ingredients for Summer smoothie

100 g frozen raspberries
200 g frozen cherries
1 peach, chopped (or small tin, drained)
200 g Fat free yoghurt
200 ml skim milk

Recipe Directions for Summer smoothie

  1. Place the fruit into a blender and blend until its a kind of grainy mushy texture

  2. Add allmost all the yoghurt and blend

  3. Add enough milk to make it the desired consistancy.

  4. Pour into a glass and top with the rest of the yoghurt.

  5. Add oats if you are hungry or to make it a filling breakfast and enjoy.
