This is a refreshing smoothie perfect for summer. The amounts in the recipe is for 2 (two) 8 oz. servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Smoothie

0.67 cup, thawed Strawberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
4 oz Honeydew Melons
4 oz Yogurt Lite Blended Non Fat Vanilla
3/4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
3/10 oz Whey Protein Powder

Recipe Directions for Summer Smoothie

  1. Add everything in a blender and turn the blender on.

  2. Pour contents in 2 8 oz. servings, reserving one for later if desired.

  3. Put a straw in glass with smoothie.

  4. Suck. Enjoy.

  5. Note: You may add 3 ice cubes or more if desired, to thicken consistency.
