Rather than a creamy dressing, this slaw uses a cumin-laced vinaigrette.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Slaw

6 cups Food You Feel Good About Cole Slaw
1 serving Rice Vinegar
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
0.5 tsp Cumin
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Summer Slaw

  1. Add the lime juice, vinegar, sesame oil, cumin and salt. Toss well to serve. (Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, omit the salt; add it just before serving.)

  2. Serving size: 1 cup.
