Recipe Ingredients for Summer salad

1/2 cup Cherries
1 red bell pepper washed, seeded. and cut in stripes
12 g Red Onion Slices
1 Cucumber, Peeled
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 oz of lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt

Recipe Directions for Summer salad

  1. let the onion rest on the apple cider vinegar while you prep the rest of the ingredients.

  2. put in the cucumber the peppers the cherries and the rest of the ingredient and toss.
