85 g artichoke hearts, canned
100 g lettuce
64 g hearts of palm, canned
127 g tomatoes
130 g cucumber

Recipe Directions for summer salad

  1. put all ingredients into a bowl chopped up,

  2. use the fage greek yogurt to make the salad dressing

  3. mix it with herbs, mustard balasmic vinegar garlic and add water to increase the quantity without the calories.
