Recipe Ingredients for Summer Salad

1 ounces baby spinach
1 ounces arugula
3 large strawberries
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1 small sweet pepper
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp walnut oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup blue cheese

Recipe Directions for Summer Salad

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Top with blue cheese.

  2. Combine the rest with the garlic clove crushed into a small bowl (or size labeled jigger), Mix well and drizzle over bowl contents
