Recipe Ingredients for summer salad

400 g lettuce
2 tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper
2 spring onions
1 cucumber
300 g chicken, diced
1 carrot
100 g snap peas
1/3 red onion

Recipe Directions for summer salad

  1. cook chicken.

  2. dice, chop and mix in a bowl all other ingredience.

  3. add chicken. serve cold.
