Recipe Ingredients for Summer Salad

1.5 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
1.5 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Basil, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Summer Salad

  1. Rinse and slice 1 large English/hothouse cucumber in 1/8 inch slices.

  2. Add 8 - 12 oz sliced grape tomatoes.

  3. Add 1/4 c diced sweet onion.

  4. Add 1 tsp salt, and mix.

  5. Let stand for 15 minutes or more, then serve.
