Amazing, fresh, almost creamy dressing/dip/sauce. Low cal, low fat, low carb, vegan, gluten free, delicioso! Tonight I put it on a salad with baby greens, julienned fuji apples, crunched up blue corn chips and chicken breast. Ammmaaazzziinngg.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Salad Dressing or Sauce/Dip

3 green bell peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple juice

Recipe Directions for Summer Salad Dressing or Sauce/Dip

  1. Food processor it til it's creamy. Use it as salad dressing or a sauce or whatever. You could put in a little less of the liquids and have a pretty good dip. It's so good.

  2. If you're worried about the spice: only use one or a half of one jalapeno, or you can put a little more apple juice in to cut the heat.
