Delicious anytime of the year! Sesame dressing is wonderful on this salad, but pick your own! Tomatoes can also be added, if desired. Also delicious with salmon instead of chicken.

6 oz Chicken Breast, Grilled
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 cup garbanzo beans
1/4 cup mandarin oranges
1 slice onion
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
1 ounce Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
