As a healthier alternative to spring rolls, Summer rolls consist of leaves, noodles, and meat wrapped in soft rice paper. Since it isn't fried like spring rolls, fat isn't incorporated, and it covers 3 main food groups, none of which are extremely unhealthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer rolls

12 grams rice paper
1 cups chicken
3 oz rice noodles
2 carrots
2 cups mint leaves
2 cups cilantro leaves

Recipe Directions for Summer rolls

  1. Put the noodles and leaves on the paper with shredded carrots.

  2. Arrange the meat so the entire things is vaguely cylindrical.

  3. Roll paper over inside and use mache to seal the ends.

  4. Serve.
