25 grams Bok Choy
25 grams Onions
30 grams Prawns

Recipe Directions for Summer Roll

  1. Soak rice paper in hot water for 5 to 10 seconds.

  2. Place on a board and place all the other ingredients on top.

  3. Roll and serve, one or 2 for starter. More for a main course.
