Recipe Ingredients for Summer quorn and vegetable paprikash

1 tablespoon olive oil
300 grams Chicken Style Pieces - Chilled
1 medium onion, chopped
12 oz potatoes
1 red pepper, chopped
4 oz carrots, sliced
4 oz broadbeans
2 oz celery, chopped
6 oz courgette, sliced
400 grams canned tomatoes, with juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 1/2 tablespoon ground paprika
5 grams marigold vegetable bouillion
1/2 pint water, boiling
1 salt and pepper, season to taste
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Summer quorn and vegetable paprikash

heat the oil in a saucepan fry off the onion till soft and then fry off on a low heat the garlic and vegetables excluding the broadbeans with lid on saute the veg for 10 minutes then get an oven proof dish preferable one with lid if no lid foil the top before putting it in the oven. place the vegetables into the dish stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste broadsbeans mixed herb and paprika, place quorn into the sauce cover and cook for 45 minutes gas mark 6 in a pre heated oven. Serve with pasta rice or millet.
