Recipe Ingredients for Summer Potatoe Salad

16 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
3 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing
10 oz Cooking Creme
12 oz Tomatoes
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Summer Potatoe Salad

  1. PLACE potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

  2. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until completely cooled.

  3. ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
