25 pea pods, Peas, Edible-podded (sugar snap peas)
1/2 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
7/10 cup, sliced Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 4/5 cup No Sauce Baby Lima Beans
3/10 medium raw Onion Red
3/10 medium raw Leeks
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Organic
5 sprigs Parsley
1/2 NLEA serving Lemons
1 Cucumber
1 1/2 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for summer lima bean salad

cook zucchini and lima beans. combine all other vegetables in a bowl. combine parsley, lemon juice, and tomato-basil juice in a cup, let stand for 10 minutes for dressing. add drained zucchini and lima beans to bowl, pour dressing over top.
