Recipe Ingredients for summer krab salad

1 large (3-1/16" dia) Oranges
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
4 oz Crab, Alaska King, Imitation
5.5 tbsp Light Dressing
4 cups Organic Hearts of Romaine

Recipe Directions for summer krab salad

  1. Peel and section orange. Cut each section in 3 pieces.

  2. Peel cucumber (optional). Cut lengthwise and remove seeds. Slice into 1/4" slices.

  3. Separate krab into flakes, tearing larger flakes into smaller pieces as needed.

  4. Place orange, cucumber, and krab into bowl.

  5. Pour ranch dressing over and mix gently.

  6. Serve over chopped romaine.
