A Great Salad. I used Gyros Mediterrean Salad Dressing-Zero Calories and lots of taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Greek Salad

1 head Romaine
8 oz Green Beans
1/2 cup green onions
2 large tomatoes
4 oz Feta
500 g cucumber
2 tbsp Gyros Salad dressing

Recipe Directions for Summer Greek Salad

  1. Chop Romaine

  2. Blanche Green Beans and cut them up in 1 inch pieces

  3. Slice Green Onions

  4. Cut tomatoes into Wedges

  5. Crumble Feta

  6. Cut cucumber in half and then slice each half

  7. Toss all ingredients and serve with Greek Salad dressing of your choice.

  8. Put Kalamata Olives on side for those who like olives with their salad!
