Colorful fruits of summer brought together in a salad that will please guests and hold up in the refrigerator.

Recipe Ingredients for Summer Fruit Salad

12 large strawberries
3 bananas
2 tangelos
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 oz. raisins
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Summer Fruit Salad

  1. Hull the strawberries, peel the bananas, and de-rind the tangelos.

  2. Chop fruits into 1-inch pieces.

  3. Mix all fruit together in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add the walnuts, raisins, lime juice, and honey, and stir.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes, then serve.
