Recipe Ingredients for summer fruit salad

30 4/5 grams Raspberries
0.25 cup, diced Pineapple
1 cup, halves Strawberries
0.25 cup, balls Watermelon
0.25 cup, balls Melons, Cantaloupe

Recipe Directions for summer fruit salad

  1. One catalope: cubed or balled

  2. 1/4 Watermelon: cubed or balled

  3. One Pineapple: cubed

  4. One pint Strawberries - quarted

  5. One pint Raspberrys

  6. I usually toss the 1st three in large bowl/container; then add berries before serving.

  7. I make this sunday and eat on it all week in summer... cool, refreshing, tasty, high fiber, low cal and I don't miss the Ice Cream. Toss in blender for smoothie... Perfect for those bbq pot lucks.
