Recipe Ingredients for Summer Fruit Crisp

1 nectarine, sliced
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 tsp apple juice or orange juice

Recipe Directions for Summer Fruit Crisp

  1. preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. spray a 8 X 8" baking dish with cooking spray. Add blueberries, raspberries, nectarine.

  3. to make topping combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add melted margarine and juice. Using a fork, stir mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  4. Sprinkle mixture over fruit.

  5. Bake 30 minutes, until fruit is bubbling around the edges of the pan and topping is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.

  6. Serve with a dollop of low fat vanilla yogurt, frozen yogurt or cool whip!
