Recipe Ingredients for Summer fruit cobbler

1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
2 cups strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 cup blueberries
1 cup peaches, sliced

Recipe Directions for Summer fruit cobbler

  1. Melt butter and allow it to cool.

  2. In large bowl, add sugar to butter and mix well.

  3. Alternately add milk and flour, mixing as you go, until a loose batter is formed and there are no lumps.

  4. Fold fruit into batter.

  5. Pour into a baking dish.

  6. Bake in preheated oven at 350 until golden and bubbly, about 50 minutes (time may vary).
