Recipe Ingredients for Summer Chicken Soup

1 leek
3 small carrots
2 small red potatoes
3 stalks celery
2/3 cup baby bok choy
4 tsp curry powder
3 dash black pepper
1 dash sea salt
2 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 cup stewed chicken breast
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup barley

Recipe Directions for Summer Chicken Soup

  1. Dice all the veggies!

  2. Chop up the Chicken!

  3. Mix in the seasonings!

  4. Boil for 10 minutes then simmer for a few hours.
