Recipe Ingredients for Summer Broccoli Salad

1 stalk Broccoli
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
0.5 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
30 grams Dried Cranberries
120 grams Hellmanns Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar, Organic
2 tsp Pure Cane Sugar
1 Serving Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Summer Broccoli Salad

  1. Chop broccoli and onions into small pieces.

  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and mix together with veggies.

  3. Add raisins, seeds and cranberries.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Pour dressing over veggies and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
