Recipe Ingredients for Summer Beet & Fennel Salad

1 cup, sliced Fennel, Bulb
2 beets (2" dia, sphere) Beets
1 medium raw Onion Red
6 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
1 oz Candied Pecans
1 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
1 tbsp chopped Shallots
2 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh

Recipe Directions for Summer Beet & Fennel Salad

carmelize onions in oven with balsamic and pecans. Set aside and cool. cook and slice beets. Slice fennel. Slice potato thin into circles. Broil with shallot (sliced) and rosemary until brown on both sides. Toss all together with rice wine vinegar. Add cheese if you want.
