Recipe Ingredients for Sumac Crusted Lamb Fillets

2 tbsp olive oil
400 g potato
3 garlic cloves, crushed
60 ml lemon juice
1 red pepper, seeded, quatered
600 g lamb, backstraps
1 tbsp cumin, ground
3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Sumac Crusted Lamb Fillets

boil potatos. Fry potato and garlic in saucepan for 3-5 minutes, add and lemon juice boil for 15-20 mins. Season with parsley. Chargrill capsicum pieces for 1-2 mins. Cut into slices. Coat Lamb in Sumac and chargrill for 4-5 mins each side and serve on baba ganouj.
