2 cup Spinach
1 1tsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Sukuma Wiki

  1. fry onions in oil till well sauteed.

  2. add in kale and leave to fry for one minute then add in spinach.

  3. Remove after five minutes and serve as the vegetable part of your dish
