A hearty winter pasta for dinner parties.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugi Di Carne with Rigatoni

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 lbs Beef Roast
1 large Onion
42 oz diced tomatoes
750 ml red wine
1 cup Coffee
10 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
32 oz Whole Wheat Pasta

Recipe Directions for Sugi Di Carne with Rigatoni

  1. I cook this in a crock pot all day, but you can also cook it in a dutch oven at 350 for 2 1/2 hours.

  2. Sautee Onions in olive oil until transclucent.

  3. Chop meat into bite size chunks.

  4. Add meat and brown

  5. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta

  6. Cook all day

  7. Cook pasta al dente

  8. serve and enjoy
