Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Snap Peas with Scallions and Dill

16 oz peas, sugar snap that have been strung
6 scallions, including few inches of greens, finely sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs dill, chopped

Recipe Directions for Sugar Snap Peas with Scallions and Dill

Put peas in skillet with scallions, a few pinches salt, oil, and enough water just to cover the bottorm. Cook until bright green and tender, after a minute or two - taste to be sure. Add a drizzle of oil to the pan, taste for salt, season with pepper and add the dill.
