3 oz Salami
1.25 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 grams Cornstarch
7.16 grams Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 oz Ginger
1 clove Garlic
16 oz Select Sugar Snap Peas

Recipe Directions for Sugar Snap Peas-and-Salami Stir-Fry via Rachael Ray Mag

  1. 1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch and honey; whisk in 1 cup water. In a large skillet, cook the salami over medium heat until crisp, about 4 minutes. Stir in the scallions, ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

  2. 2.Whisk the liquid ingredients again, then add to the skillet along with the sugar snap peas. Increase the heat to high and cook, stirring, until the sauce thickens, 2 to 3 minutes.
