Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Plums, 18g

158 g dried apricots
218 g dates
200 g dry roasted almonds
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Sugar Plums, 18g

Combine 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg, 0.5 teaspoon allspice and zest from one orange with honey. Add finely chopped apricots and dates. Grind the almonds and thoroughly combine with the fruit mixture. Form into balls about 18 g each. For traditional sugar plums, roll in confectioners sugar.
