These amazing banana muffins are healthy and delicious, fat-free and nearly sugar-free. Recipe makes 6. optional - add walnuts nuts for an even richer taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
3/4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
20 grams 0 Calorie Sweetener
1/4 cup Egg, White
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Applesauce
1 oz (1/6 cup) 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Whole Wheat Banana Muffins

  1. Cut bananas or grind with a fork. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. (for the sweetener I used 1/2 cup.)

  2. Grease 6 paper cups or a muffin tray. Split the dough into 6 muffin cups evenly.

  3. Bake 20-25 min at 400C.
