I can't believe that fresh, raw cranberries have that much sugar, as sour as they are! I think that C.C. must be wrong about the sugar content.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free Whole Cranberry Jelly

2 cups cranberries
2 cups water
1 package gelatin
1/2 cup Splenda
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free Whole Cranberry Jelly

Mix all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to a boil until cranberries start to "pop". Cool, then pour into serving dish and refrigerate until set.
