Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Sweet & Sour Cabbage

1 medium Carrot, raw
1/2 head Cabbage, fresh, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
1/2 cup Splenda
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
5 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Sweet & Sour Cabbage

  1. Shred carrots and cabbage into a sealable plastic container.

  2. Mix together splenda, vinegar, salt, pepper and dill.

  3. Add mixture to cabbage.

  4. Slowly add cold tap water to cover.

  5. Seal container to mix all ingredients fully.

  6. The longer the mixture is stored, the more flavorful it becomes. Allow to sit one hour before serving.
