Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 10 minutes Ingredients: 1/3 cup peanut butter 2 ripe bananas (overripe is fine) 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp soy milk 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 cups quick cooking or rolled oatmeal dash cinnamon (optional) 1/4 cup flour or 1.5 T of baking cocoa chocolate morsels are optional

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free Peanut butter, oatmeal, banana cookies

2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 cup Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
2 fl oz Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 1/2 tbsp Syrups, Maple
2 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa
3/4 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free Peanut butter, oatmeal, banana cookies

  1. Preparation:

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth. Add peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 13-16 minutes at 350
